Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent immediately to your email. You can follow your package's progress from our warehouse to your front door.
Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address. Kyntoo is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@kyntoo.com (and include your original #GLO order number) and we’ll take a look!

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at support@kyntoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Item Condition & Acceptance
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Restocking Fees
$0.00 Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For remorse returns (e.g., you bought the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. For defective products (e.g., damaged or wrong item), Kyntoo will cover the shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items (Customized Gear)
Per industry standards, items with custom names, numbers, or specific player prints cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
