How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us at support@kyntoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Item Condition & Acceptance

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Restocking Fees

$0.00 Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For remorse returns (e.g., you bought the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. For defective products (e.g., damaged or wrong item), Kyntoo will cover the shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items (Customized Gear)

Per industry standards, items with custom names, numbers, or specific player prints cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We work quickly to get your gear into production. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After this 12-hour window, your order enters our processing and customization phase, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

2. Customized & Personalized Items

For jerseys featuring custom names or numbers, production begins immediately after the 12-hour grace period. Once the customization process has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified as the item is being uniquely manufactured for you.

3. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at [Insert Your Support Email] with the subject line "CANCELLATION: [Your Order Number]".

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. As per our Transparency Guarantee, you will be refunded 100% of the price paid—there are no hidden cancellation fees.

5. Orders Already Shipped

If an order has already been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.
