How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at support@kyntoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Item Condition & Acceptance
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Restocking Fees
$0.00 Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For remorse returns (e.g., you bought the wrong size or changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. For defective products (e.g., damaged or wrong item), Kyntoo will cover the shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items (Customized Gear)
Per industry standards, items with custom names, numbers, or specific player prints cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
